2018 was a fruitful year for Ratio Christi International. We've come a long way since RC started a global outreach in 2013. We now have chapters in nine different countries - four in South Africa alone - and at multiple universities such as the University of Manila in the Philippines. We are excited to see an increasing number of people in other countries uniting their voices in proclaiming the clear and evident reasons for proclaiming Christ.

In fact, we just received this report from our Philippines Director Ramon Margallo:
"We now have 26 students enrolled for 2019 to do their M.A. in Apologetics program in Manila! God is good!"

Team members of Ratio Christi have also traveled to such distant places as Russia, Indonesia and England to be with and support their local brothers and sisters in Christ. Whether in their humble villages or the large cities, there is always a unity of thought and spirit that can only be realized through Christ. It is inspiring to realize that on each Sunday, as the world turns to face the light of the new day, each nation, each town, and each village brings forth songs of resounding praise for our Savior. Though miles apart, we still unite our voices as one people with one message. We at RC are humbled and honored to be a part of making these voices a bit stronger and louder, not only for this generation but for generations to come.

Below are some comments from international leaders and students, and photos of what Ratio Christi missionaries and field workers are doing outside the United States!

The Philippines:
In addition to the fabulous number of students enrolled there to do an M.A. in Apologetics, Ramon and his wife and co-leader Nini tell us that the "RC Philippines' 5th Apologetics Conference" will be held May 28-29, 2019 and hosted by Bible Baptist Church of Asia.

Student quote: "Being new in the faith, this class is all so new and exciting for me, thank you for the opportunity Mr. Ramon and Nini Margallo! I'm really looking forward to know more about Christ and to glorify Him through Apologetics." - Jhoana C.

Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada:
Crandall University Chapter. Director Cody James Guitard says, “We had a great lead team for the first-ever 'Faith Seeking Understanding' Symposium! We estimate 100-150 people attended over the weekend, with 70 attending one of the lectures and hundreds watching the live stream.” One of RC’s historic Old Testament Scrolls was displayed for people to see.

Our Pakistan Director, Pastor Zia Ul Masih, continues to speak and teach before record numbers of people in his country who are hungry for the knowledge of the Bible and Christianity. He reaches youth, children, and adults.

One recent attendee, Adnan B, stated: “He is doing a great job in these tough times, presenting religious beliefs of Christians and clearing wrong concepts of Christianity to people of other religions.”

South Africa:
Our South Africa Director Simon Brace has established four chapters at universities, and also holds events in other venues.

He says, “This year we’ve hosted so many events and classes! Among them, we had a crowd for a presentation by Ravi Zacharias International Ministry at North-West University in Potchefstroom; a Christian vs. Muslim debate at the South Africa RC Symposium in July, hosted by our chapter at University of KwaZulu-Natal in the city of Pietermaritzburg; Dr. Richard Howe spoke for our chapter at the University of Stellenbosch in Capetown; and we took a group to visit the 'Cradle of Mankind' site with the Discovery Institute Scholars for a training day on Intelligent Design and Evolution.”
