Chancellor's Council Pillars
"For by wise guidance you will wage war, and in the abundance of counselors there is victory (Proverbs 24:6)."
This page will give more explanation about what it means to be a Ratio Christi Chancellor. What are you committing to and what are your obligations?
The Four Pillars
Made up of two commitments and two benefits.
#1: Chancellors Make Ratio Christi a Priority in Their Kingdom Investments
Chancellors are people that have made Ratio Christi a priority in their personal investments on a continuing monthly or yearly basis. Though there are typically giving levels associated with being a Chancellor, if you are committed to making Ratio Christi a key part of your giving and are willing to enthusiastically and actively encourage others to support this vital mission, we want you on our team! Your Ratio Christi representative will discuss your potential giving level with you. More About Giving Here>
#2: Chancellors Share the Vision and Mission of Ratio Christi with Their Circle of Influence
Chancellors introduce their circle of friends and colleagues to Ratio Christi. We will provide you with tools to help introduce others to this ministry. In one-on-one meetings, or by hosting awareness and support raising events in your communities, Chancellors share the vision and mission of Ratio Christi. You may also invite a ministry representative to meet or give a presentation to your circle of friends and colleagues using one of our individual or event formats. Working with the president or other team members of Ratio Christi, you will determine the venue and timing of these events. Ratio Christi can also provide training on how to communicate the vision and needs of Ratio Christi to individuals in one on one meetings. More About Connecting to Individuals and Groups Here>
#3: Chancellors Become Part of a Visioneering Team
Chancellors will also receive occasional insider emails, ideas, resources, and information to keep them connected to what is happening in the world of Christian apologetics.
Attend Chancellors Brainstorming Sessions. Chancellors will be invited to private brainstorming sessions to help us create ideas and strategies that will advance the vision and mission of Ratio Christi. It's a no-obligation opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals.
Participate in Ratio Christi Events. It is not a requirement to attend special Ratio Christi functions, but as a Chancellor, you will be invited. There are many events around the country and we are also planning a special yearly retreat (Feb.) in Florida solely for Chancellors. You are encouraged to share event information with others who may want to learn more about Ratio Christi.
Staying connected. The staff of Ratio Christi is here to serve you. We will send you occasional insider emails, ideas, resources, and information to keep you connected to what is happening in the world of Christian apologetics. A Ratio Christi representative will also contact you directly at least four times per year.
#4: Chancellors Use Their Creativity, Passions, and Giftedness as a Wise Counselor to Ratio Christi
Chancellors are an elite team of successful business, ministry, and life leaders willing to share their experience to help Ratio Christi achieve maximum global impact for the Kingdom of Christ. You can serve as a strategic advisor (Prov. 15:22) and are encouraged to participate in special councils and annual invitation-only meetings, where you can share your acumen, providing Godly council to the RC Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of promoting best ministry practices. As a valued part of our team, we want you to share ideas with us, so you will be invited to brainstorming sessions (in person and online) and other Ratio Christi functions. Of course, as a Chancellor, you won’t have to wait for an official function to share your ideas. You will be provided a way to communicate internally with Ratio Christi staff at any time.
Chancellors are truly our wise counselors. More about Benefits of being on the Team Here>
