Curtis completed the M.Eng. (1995) and Ph.D. (1998) degrees from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in Electrical Engineering. He has taught university and currently works in the High Tech sector. He has published in several international, refereed journals and conferences, winning a Best Paper Award at the Computer Measurement Group’s International conference in 2006. He is co-inventor on 13 awarded patents. There are two ministries that he is directly affiliated with. The first is as an Apologist for the Reasons to Believe (www.reasons.org) organization. The second is being Chapter Director for the NC State Ratio Christi chapter in Raleigh, NC (www.ratiochristi.org).
