People often ask me, "What got you interested in apologetics?"
I have a singular response: The death of my son.
I shared the story at Desiring God:
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in English/Speech Comm. from Texas A&M University, Scarlett became involved in the home education community, directing her children's education, teaching in learning co-ops, and serving as a competitive speech coach with the NCFCA (National Christian Forensics and Communication Association) from 2007-2012. While taking courses in Museum Studies through Johns Hopkins, she worked at the Blanton Museum of Art at the University of Texas in admissions and tours. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in Christian Apologetics at Biola University.
