Ratio Christi will conduct a final interview in person or over the phone. You will discuss your application and any other questions you may have. Compensation requirements will also be discussed at this time for those seeking to be SM’s.

If approved, you will receive a non-binding, Intent to Hire letter from Human Resources within two weeks from the date of your interview or from the date that all paperwork and recommendations are returned to Ratio Christ.  Frequently, an applicant is given a decision at the time of the interview, although not necessarily. If you receive an Intent to Hire letter, a drug test may be performed. The Intent to Hire letter requires your acknowledgement via electronic signature to continue the process.

Signatures

Upon completion of the previous items, you will receive via email, a link to a portal to complete all necessary new hire paperwork. There are between 12 and 16 forms required. It is all electronic, and you will complete them individually, so they do not need to be done at the same time. You will be given all your Ratio Christi logins, email, and access, as well as a Ministry Partner Development coach if you will be a Supported Missionary, once all the documents are signed and received electronically by Ratio Christi Human Resources.

Begin Your Training!

Ratio Christi will begin sending you information on Ratio Christi training, account information, and any online access information required for beginning your work.

SM’s Only: If you are approved as a Ratio Christi Supported Missionary (contractor), you will need to schedule your training date with the “Support Raising Solutions Fundraising Bootcamp.” You may start raising support immediately, but you must select a training slot and notify Ratio Christi of your schedule. Your final compensation level is typically determined by you after you have attended the training and have begun to build your support team.

Thank you for taking this tour of Ratio Christi’s interviewing and onboarding process.  We’re glad you’ve decided to join us.
