Paul Tseng is working as a physician and surgeon in the Portland area, specializing in gynecologic cancer. He is an advocate of women’s health and acts currently as the Medical Director of Legacy Cancer Institute in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Tseng is a prominent leader in the field of oncology, teaching at Oregon Health Sciences University and Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. Acting as Chief Medical Officer of a regional oncology multi-specialty practice he has grown this startup from a 20 employee operation to over 300 employees under his leadership and direction. His governance, organizational development, and alignment of strategy with operations, has led to continued growth and success in delivering patient care and stakeholder value. He is both excited and humbled to be given the chance to apply these gifts and his medical background to optimize and manifest the mission of Ratio Christi.
